I accept Pay Pal. You can pay with a credit card without signing up for a PayPal account.
Checks are OK too --but delay the shipping. Please let me know if you wish to pay another way.
Local pick up: If you’re in my area of Springfield Oregon.

Shipping:
I ship USPS, priority or flat rate. The larger 3D mosaics will go by the best method.
If you are outside of the USA please contact me and I'll calculate shipping.
Just know that the shipping is always more than the item itself. Rocks are heavy😄

Refunds and Exchanges:
My Mosaics are cut pieces of glass, china, rock, and sometimes odd bits of "stuff".
They will be seemly rough to the touch. It’s all part of the character of each piece,
therefore Items are sold "as is".
*IMPORTANT: Remember computer screens vary in color.
Returns and/or exchanges are processed on a case-by-case basis.

Additional Policies and FAQs:
For small custom orders I need two weeks ahead of the date they are required. A week to work on
the project, and a week to get it to you. Larger custom pieces need varying time frames so
send me a note that includes approximate size, desired colors, and any other info you have.
